There are many different kinds of customers looking for specific types of fabric. In fact, the retail fabric industry has been divided in this regard but many people don’t realize it. For example, you have your General Fabric Stores, Quilt Shops, and Indian Boutiques; all of which sell fabric. Each store offering a unique selection to satisfy their specific customers. We all love hearing 50% off, 70% off or even 90% off. But deep down, we know that we aren’t always getting that deal. Retailers initially inflate prices and then cut it down by 50% so the end customer feels as though they are getting a deal.
