Hello my name is John. I'm 32 years old. I'm a calm cool collected and clean person i am handy when it comes to fixing things outdoors or indoors. Im not much of a cook indoors but enjoy cooking on a grill. I have a 6 yr old son but his mother has custody most of the time i go see him every other weekend. I am currently between jobs but do have money still coming in so rent will NOT be a problem at all. I get paid weakly and will gladly give you weekly payments if you would like or all in the beginning or end of the month which ever you prefer. I have my own transportation if I see something needs to be done I wont ignore it and let you deal with it weather its trash or dishes sweeping floors. Im not a drinker here and their. Im a big outdoor person buttt will get down on some video games. I have never been evicted i am currently looking for a new place to live due to the fact my roommate if toxic and its constantly drama that makes me not want to come home at the end of my day and no one likes living like that.
