Supti Bhattacharya is a partner in the Princeton, N.J. office of Hill Wallack LLP. Ms. Bhattacharya represents clients exclusively in the areas of family law and matrimonial law. Ms. Bhattacharya’s career began with a judicial clerkship with the Hon. Michelle C. Hollar-Gregory (Ret.), followed by several years working in commercial litigation as well as family law. She owned and managed several small firms prior to joining Hill Wallack, where she is now Chair of the firm’s New Jersey Family Law practice group. Ms. Bhattacharya currently is a Trustee of the 18,000 member New Jersey State Bar Association, where she is a past Chairperson of the Minorities in the Profession Section and past Trustee of the Women in the Profession Section, in addition to holding other leadership roles. She also is a Trustee for the Supreme Court of New Jersey’s Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection. She has strong ties to New Jersey, and works with clients of various cultural backgrounds. Ms. Bhattacharya has particular knowledge of divorce and family law as it applies to people of Indian and South Asian background. The firm’s size allows her to handle large, complex divorce cases, while maintaining the personal touch that she developed during her years as a solo practitioner. She has successfully guided hundreds of individuals through the divorce process with strong advocacy and thoughtful counsel.
